I am available to work with any type of organisation as long as they are willing to do reflexive and critical work. Sometimes, decolonial work is better applicable to some organisations, however, other organisations might be so foundationally colonial that decolonial work might not be possible. In that case I can still come in and help identify colonial ways of working as a starting point and see how far we can go from there. For others, integrating decolonial ways of working will foundationally change how you work and might make you a leader in anti-oppressive approaches.
